A stone’s throw from Villeréal, a 13th-century bastide on the edge of the Périgord, listed as one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France and ranked third in the 2024 series of the programme ‘Le Village Préféré des Français’, offering breathtaking views from the top of its hill, this fully restored character property is situated just a few kilometres from many attractions in the Périgord and can accommodate up to 8 people for their holiday, including a private swimming pool.
This spacious 132 m² house has everything you need for a comfortable stay:
- 4 cosy bedrooms, with 3 double beds (140 cm) and 2 single beds (90 cm)
- 3 modern shower rooms and 2 toilets, including a separate one for added convenience
- A fully equipped kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, washing machine
- A large, cosy living room
- Outside, enjoy the 10 x 5 m saltwater swimming pool with its low-rise shelter, dedicated exclusively to the gîte and accessible from May to October, for swimming and relaxing moments under the sun.
- Your pet is also welcome, subject to certain conditions
. Near Villeréal, you’ll also discover the bastides of Monflanquin and Monpazier, the castles of Biron, Bonaguil and Gavaudun, lovely markets that are always full of good things, walking trails and the wide range of culinary delights that Lot-et-Garonne and the neighbouring Dordogne have to offer!

A security deposit of €400 will be required; this will be refunded at the end of your stay after an inventory check, providing that no damage or breakages are reported.
